Housekind Cleaning Services.
Brand Development
Project Background
As a new commercial cleaning company, due to launch in 2027 (very on the ball!), Housekind approached us to help with their new brand design, which we were all too glad to assist with. Our first job was to get to know the owners, what made them tick, what the business meant to them and understand the brief at a deeper level to help shape the direction of travel. From this process, it was clear that the owners wanted to create a brand that was modern and professional in approach, which reflected their values toward work, centred around the name for the business which they were keen to keep. Through the development process, we worked with a number of font combinations but landed on Urbana as the lead for the typographic logo, due to its bold and modern styling with just enough playfulness in the characters to feel like the right balance. We paired it with Tablet Gothic to create a lower contrast and keep the overall modern feel present. The colour palette featured a mix of warm and calm tones, that compliment each other and mirror a trusted and professional feel that the company strives for, whilst leaning subtly into their green credentials. These tones were then brought through into imagery to bring them to life, keeping them consistent with the brand styling whilst creating a standout approach, with playful copy and icons helping to further elevate this where relevant. The end result was one the clients were delighted with, giving them a new brand to work with, which was flexible in approach and brought a nice level of personality and playfulness through whilst remaining professional at its core.
CJP Chartered Accountants.
Marketing Materials, Brand Refresh
Project Background
CJP Chartered Accountants, a well established business based in Saintfield, came to us with the request to develop and produce a branded suite of promotional materials that could be used both internally and externally for business outreach and promotion. We chatted through the brief and determined that it would be worth reviewing the existing brand and building on it slightly to create a slightly refreshed and more flexible approach, which the owners were happy to explore. The logo was to be kept as it was as, however the fonts were updated to provide a stronger contrast between headline styles and body copy, a new colour was introduced into the palette which complimented the core blue of the brand and allowed for a modern gradient to be created which would be used across multiple touchpoints, and a halftone effect was created for use in backgrounds to give depth and dimension. The result was a simple but effective refreshed brand style, which was easily rolled out across multiple touchpoints, from PPTs to roll up banners. It provided a refreshed, familiar and professional feel to the collateral, which was flexible in its application and allowed us to have a little fun presenting the concepts, some of which can be seen above.
